How do I proceed in the event of mobile phone loss or theft?
Block your SIM card:

Visit My Account → Subscriptions → Configuration → Block.

OR
Call the Contact Center directly on 0800 700 804 or from abroad on +41 78 7 701 801 (payable) and request the blocking of your SIM card.
Important: The SIM card can only be unblocked by the Contact Center. Only the contract owner can request the unblocking of the SIM card.
Are the Sky Mobile eSIM cards compatible with the Apple iWatch?

I entered the wrong PIN three times. How can I unlock my phone?
To unlock your phone, you need the PUK 1 code displayed on your SIM card holder. If you can’t find it anymore:

Go to My Account → Subscriptions → Configuration → SIM card information.

Or call our Contact Center: 0800 700 804; from abroad: +41 78 701 801 (payable).
Note: If you’ve entered the wrong PUK code ten times, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will need a new SIM card. For replacement SIM cards, please reach out to our Contact Center.
You can also order a new SIM card via My Account.

Go to Subscriptions → Configuration → Order a new SIM.

Select the delivery address.

Click on "Validate".
This service is free of charge, and you will be provided with the same type of SIM card that you already possess.
