If your subscription doesn't include data abroad or you've run out of credit, you can upgrade your plan with Data Packs.

Once you’ve used up your data, you can buy another Data Pack.

 

For Switzerland

💡 Both Sky Mobile plans — Swiss+ and Europe+ — include unlimited data at maximum 5G speed within Switzerland.

 

For EUROPE zone

💡 The Swiss+ plan includes 1 GB of data roaming per month in Europe (inlc. UK).
💡 The Europe+ plan includes unlimited roaming data, with 20 GB at high speed in Europe (inlc. UK).

How to activate your Data Pack

  1. Make sure you're connected to a mobile network. It doesn’t work over Wi-Fi.
  2. Go to Cost Control.
    This page is free to access anywhere in the world – you won’t be charged to use it.
  3. Choose the Data Pack that best suits your needs. It will be activated immediately.
