Which roaming spending limits can you set?
You can set two different limits for any roaming usage not included in your subscription:

one for roaming data

one for roaming calls and SMS
By default, both limits are set at CHF 250.– per month.
You can adjust them at any time in My Account.

Your spending limits apply to all roaming costs not included in your subscription.

How can you set and manage your roaming spending limits?
It’s easy to set or adjust your roaming limits:

Log in to My Account.
(If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up there.) -
Go to the Set-up page and find the roaming cost management section.

Choose the monthly limit you don’t want to exceed for:

Roaming Data

Roaming Calls/SMS

Each time you update your limits, you’ll get a confirmation SMS.
What happens when you reach your roaming spending limits?
Once you hit a limit, the corresponding usage is blocked.
You’ll receive an SMS notification explaining what to do if you want to continue.

If you’ve reached your roaming data limit, visit costcontrol.sky-mobile.ch/roaming (make sure you're not on Wi-Fi) to buy Data Packs.

You can also manage your limits in My Account.

Same applies if you've reached your calls/SMS limit — just head to My Account.
Why is your roaming blocked before you reach your limit?
Sky Mobile may block roaming earlier than the set limit to protect you financially.
This is done to avoid unexpected high bills.
What happens if you block roaming completely?
You can block all roaming usage by calling our Contact Center:

This means you won’t be able to use data, calls, SMS, or voicemail abroad.
If you only want to use what's included in your subscription, just set both roaming limits to CHF 0.–.
You can unblock or change these limits anytime.
Any changes in how roaming usage is billed?

Incoming calls while roaming are now charged per second (instead of per minute).

Outgoing calls are charged like this:

The first 30 seconds are charged

Then it's per second

Final amount is rounded to the next 10 cents

What happens on a plane, ship or in a satellite zone?
Roaming is blocked by default in these zones.
If you want to use your phone there, buy a package in advance: Go to https://costcontrol.sky-mobile.ch/roaming → Satellite tab
How are roaming data or minutes charged, depending on your subscription or options?
