Make sure you access this page with Firefox or Safari. It is not possible to activate additional Data Packs via the mobile Opera browser (and only very irregularly via Chrome).

How much will I be charged for data usage with my subscription in Switzerland if I have used up my inclusive data volume?
If you have a Basic / Start subscription and have used up your data, you will be redirected to a website. There you can buy additional data, which is valid for 30 days from activation.

I used up all my data. When will I have new data volume again?
On the 10th of the month (invoice date), you will receive an offer with additional Data Packs that you can use to cover the period until then.
How can I ensure that my smartphone doesn't download data without notifying me?

Prevent auto-synchronisation of your apps:
Android: Settings > Accounts > More > click on "Turn off auto sync".
Apple: Settings > General > Background App Refresh. -
Restrict Operating System updates to Wi-Fi only:
Android: Settings > About device > Software update > activate "Wi-Fi only".
Apple: Settings > iTunes and App Stores > uncheck "Use Cellular Data". -
Restrict application updates to Wi-Fi only:
Android: Play Store > Settings > Network preferences > click on "Auto-update apps" > select “Over Wi-Fi only".
Apple: Settings > iTunes and App Stores > uncheck "Use Cellular Data".
