Zones

• Countries are divided into 5 zones: EUROPE, USA & CANADA, TRAVEL, WORLD and FAR.
• These zones determine the price you pay for using your phone while abroad.
• Below you will find the complete list of countries per zone.

 

EUROPE zone

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark*, Faroe Islands, Finland, France* (including Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands*, Norway* (including Svalbard), Poland, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain (including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands), Sweden, United Kingdom* (excluding the Channel Islands: Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man), Vatican City.

 

USA & CANADA zone

Canada, United States of America* (including Alaska and Hawaii).

 

TRAVEL zone

Roaming – Tariffs for Calls, SMS and Internet Abroad

The below tariffs apply to calls, SMS and internet usage abroad not included in your Sky Mobile subscription or with your Talk/Internet options (out-of-bundle usage).

Roaming Calls

• Incoming calls: billed per second.

• Outgoing calls: billed with a 30-second minimum, then per second.

• The total amount is rounded up to the next ten cents.

Roaming SMS

* Prices are in CHF incl. VAT and SMS are charged per unit.

 

Roaming Tariffs for Premium and Short Numbers

Roaming tariffs for calling premium rate numbers, short and special numbers (except emergency numbers) are set by the provider of the number. The prices are not included in any mobile subscription and are charged extra. You can find all premium numbers here.
