To quickly reactivate your suspended line, follow these steps:

Go to My Account: visit My Account - Bills.

Choose Your Bill: select the bill you need to pay.

Click "Pay": click the "Pay" button.

Select Payment Method: choose "Use another credit card" and click "Next."

Complete Payment: select your payment method (credit card, TWINT, PostFinance Card, or invoice), then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process.
Once the bill is paid, your line will be reactivated immediately. Online payment is the fastest way to restore service.
