If you’re experiencing problems with your Sky Fiber connection, the first thing to try is restarting your WLAN-Router.
👉 Here’s how:
- Unplug your WLAN-Router from the power outlet.
- Wait at least 10 seconds.
- Plug it back in and wait for it to fully reboot (all LEDs should turn green again).
In most cases, this simple restart is enough to fix slow speeds, interruptions, or loss of connection.
