You are responsible for cancelling the internet subscription with your current Provider.
🔍 What you should do:
- Check your current contract for minimum duration or cancellation notice period.
- Contact your current provider to schedule the cancellation.
- Align your Sky Fiber activation to avoid being left without Internet.
💡 Tip: if your home doesn't have an OTO (fiber socket) yet, wait until it’s installed before cancelling your current Internet — otherwise, you might be without service for some time.
