If your address is eligible for Sky Fiber but you don’t have an OTO ID, you can still place your order by selecting "I don’t know it" when asked: "Do you already have an OTO ID?".
You will then need to specify one of the following cases:
1. I don’t have a fiber outlet (OTO) installed
A local installation partner will contact you to schedule a technician visit to install the outlet.
2. I can’t currently access the fiber outlet
No problem, our Customer Care Service will follow up with you to collect the OTO ID later.
Activation will only start once the OTO ID is submitted.
3. Other reasons
You can describe your situation in the order process. Our Customer Care team will review your case and contact you to help find a solution.
