Can you change this date after placing your order?
No, you can’t change the activation date once your Sky Fiber order is confirmed.
If you have specific constraints or need to delay the activation, contact Sky Customer Service before placing your order.
Real activation date vs. wished activation date
The date you select is always taken into account, but the actual activation may happen slightly earlier or later due to technical factors.
If you receive the activation email, your line is already active — even if your wished date hasn’t passed yet.
Don’t worry: billing starts only from the wished activation date.
