The monthly fee is due at the beginning of each subscription period.
If the payment fails (e.g., expired card or insufficient funds), Sky Fiber will send you several alerts by email and SMS. You’ll then have a few days to settle the outstanding payment.
⚠️ If the payment is still not received after this grace period:
1. Your Internet line will be suspended.
- You’ll temporarily lose Internet access.
- To restore service, update your payment method and settle the outstanding amount — your line will be reactivated once the payment is successful.
2. If payment is still not made after a few more days:
- Your Sky Fiber subscription will be terminated.
- You may be charged early termination fees.
- A new order will be required if you wish to reconnect.
👍 To avoid service interruptions, consider adding multiple payment methods. If the payment fails on the first one, we will use another to ensure the continuity of your services.
