Sky Fiber - How will I be billed? When will my bill be due?

Here’s how billing works with Sky Fiber:

Monthly subscription fee

• Your Sky Fiber monthly fee is billed for the first time as soon as your fiber line is activated.
• Then, it’s automatically charged every month at the beginning of your subscription period.

Activation fee

• A one-time activation fee of CHF 99.– is billed after you order your Sky Fiber kit (the first time you subscribe).
• It covers your WLAN-Router, the setup and activation of your Sky Fiber internet line.

How do I pay?

• The amount is charged to the payment method saved in your Sky account.
• You can find your invoice receipts in "My account".

👍 To avoid service interruptions, consider adding multiple payment methods. If the payment fails on the first one, we will use another to ensure the continuity of your services.
