If you want to cancel your Sky Fiber subscription, follow one of these two options:

- Log in to your account at sky.ch
- Go to My Account > My Subscriptions
- Click on Cancel my Sky Fiber subscription
- Follow the steps to confirm your cancellation request
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

⚠ Early termination fees:
If you cancel within the first 12 months, you’ll be charged early termination fees.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
You can exercise this right by making a request through the contact form, selecting "Account Information / Privacy & Data" as the subject of your inquiry. Please provide the same email address you used to create your Sky account, as well as your customer number (visible in "my account").
This operation is irreversible.
