Refund if installation fails

If the installation cannot be completed for any reason, our Customer Care Service will contact you to arrange a refund of the activation fees.

Full refund eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund of the hardware if all of the following conditions are met:

• The hardware is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The WLAN-Router, ONT and all accessories are undamaged.
• The product is returned in its original packaging, in resalable condition.
