Sky Store - How to rent or purchase a content from a mobile?

A message tells me that I am not allowed to see the content, what should I do?

If you can't watch the content, you must first rent or buy it from the Sky.ch website.

How to rent / buy a content from your SmartPhone / Tablet:

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Sky.ch from a Web browser,
  2. Log in with your Sky account,
  3. Select the content you would like to watch,
  4. Click on "Rent" or "Buy" and complete your purchase,
  5. Log back into the Sky mobile app.

The content is now available to watch. Enjoy your experience!
