If you try to watch a movie or series on Sky Store from a smartphone or tablet, you may see the message: “Information to get this content.”
This message appears because the content has not yet been rented or purchased from your account.
Why does this happen?
Due to app store policies, it is not possible to rent or buy content directly from the Sky Store mobile app. The purchase must be completed from a web browser.
You must also be located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein to complete the purchase and watch the content.
