I get a message informing me that I don't have mySports pass to see the content, what can I do?

Follow these steps:

  1. Open Sky.ch from a Web browser,
  2. Log in with your Sky account,
  3. Click on "Add a pass" in the menu,
  4. Select mySports and complete your purchase,
  5. Log back into the Sky mobile app.
