Right now, Sky Fiber only supports IPv4.
This may change in the future — you will be informed if IPv6 becomes available.
Sky Fiber – IP Address Type (Public, Static, CG-NAT)
Do you get a public or private IPv4 address?
You get a public IPv4 address directly linked to your Sky Fiber connection.
Is the IPv4 address static?
No. It’s dynamic — it stays public but may change occasionally.
Does Sky Fiber use CG-NAT (Carrier-Grade NAT)?
No. Sky Fiber does not use CG-NAT, which means you can more easily use services that require direct public addressing (hosting, gaming, remote access, etc.).
