Here are some explanations about billing when you change your Pass. We hope this information will be useful to you.
1. How does billing work when upgrading?
When you decide to upgrade to a higher Pass, here is how the billing is adjusted:
- You pay immediately for the new selected Pass to start enjoying it right away.
- The remaining days of your old Pass are automatically converted into additional days for your new Pass (proportional to the price of each Pass), which will delay the next bill by the same number of days.
Example:
If you have a Light Pass at CHF 12.90 per month and you decide to upgrade to the Standard Pass at CHF 17.90 after 5 days:
- You will immediately pay CHF 17.90 for the Standard Pass.
- There will be 25 days left on your Light Pass, equivalent to 18 additional days on the Standard Pass.
- Your next renewal for the Standard Pass will be after 48 days.
This method allows you to fully enjoy your new pass without paying twice for the same period.
2. How does billing work when downgrading?
When you choose to downgrade to a lower Pass, here is how the billing is adjusted:
The new Pass will take effect at the end of your current pass period. The new rate will apply from that date.
Example:
Let's say you have a Premium Pass at CHF 24.90 ending on June 30. If you decide to switch to the Standard Pass at CHF 17.90 on June 20, the Standard Pass will be active from July 1, and you will then pay CHF 17.90 for this new cycle.
