What is the Sky loyalty discount?
The loyalty discount is a reward offer for our loyal Sky Show and Sky Sport customers. If you have been subscribed to either of these services for 6 consecutive months, you will receive a discounted price.
On Sky Show, can I change my pass while keeping my loyalty discount?
Yes, you can change your pricing plan at any time, while still keeping your loyalty reward and the number of subscription months.
What happens if I lose my loyalty discount?
You will lose your loyalty discount if you unsubscribe from Sky Show (or in the event of payment default). In this case, you can reclaim the loyalty price after six months.
How can I avoid losing my loyalty discount?
The main reason, beyond the customer's control, is failed payment during the automatic withdrawal. If after several attempts and email alerts to the customer, payment still cannot be made, then the pass is automatically deactivated, and the loyalty discount is lost.
To avoid payment failure, we encourage you to:
