If you don’t want your pass to renew automatically at the end of the current period, follow these steps:
- Log into your account at Sky.ch
- Go under the space "my subscriptions"
- Find the relevant pass and click "Cancel this pass"
- Rate our service, provide a reason, and confirm your cancellation
You will then automatically be sent a confirmation of cancellation to your email.
NB: unsubscription takes effect at the end of the current period (1 month or 12 months, depending on the pass chosen at registration).
⚠ Important: you may lose your promotional benefits
Cancelling, deactivating or unsubscribing from a pass will permanently remove any loyalty discount or promotional offer linked to it.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
You can exercise this right by making a request through the contact form, selecting "Account Information / Privacy & Data" as the subject of your inquiry. Please provide the same email address you used to create your Sky account, as well as your customer number (visible in "my account").
This operation is irreversible.
