If you do not want your pass to automatically renew after the current period has expired, follow these steps to unsubscribe:
- simply log in to the website Sky.ch
- go to my account under the space "my subscriptions"
- click on "cancel this pass" to the appropriate pass
- rate our service, give a reason and confirm your choice.
You will then automatically be sent a confirmation of cancellation to your email.
NB: Unsubscription takes effect at the end of the current period (1 month or 12 months, depending on the pass chosen at registration).
How do I delete my account and personal data?
You can exercise this right by making a request through the contact form, selecting "Account Information / Privacy & Data" as the subject of your inquiry. Please provide the same email address you used to create your Sky account, as well as your customer number (visible in "my account").
This operation is irreversible.
