Go to "My Account" on our website and log in using your credentials.
2. Check your connected devices:
In the "My Devices" section, click on “Manage access and devices” to display a list of the devices that are connected to your account.
3. Identify the suspect device:
Look for the device you don't recognise or think is suspicious. It could be an unauthorised device with access to your account.
4. Delete the device:
To delete this suspicious device, all you have to do is click on the "Sign out from this device" option next to the device in question. This will immediately disconnect the unwanted device from your Sky account.
