If you do not want your pass to automatically renew after the current period has expired:
- simply log in to our website
- go to my account and click on "Manage / Deactivate"
- select the appropriate subscription
- give a reason and confirm your choice.
You will then automatically be sent a confirmation of cancellation to your email.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
If you wish to permanently delete your account and the personal data attached to it, you must make a request to Sky's customer service.
This operation is irreversible.
