If you do not want your pass to automatically renew after the current period has expired:
- simply log in to our website
- go to my account and click on "Manage / Deactivate"
- select the appropriate subscription
- give a reason and confirm your choice.
You will then automatically be sent a confirmation of cancellation to your email.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
We kindly ask you to send your requests regarding the cancellation of your account directly to privacy@sky.ch with the following information:
- Your Sky customer email address- Login
- Reasons for the deletion request
This operation is irreversible.
