Why do I have a jerky or choppy image on my LG TV when using the Sky streaming service?

To resolve this problem, we recommend to adjust the picture settings in your TV's menu. Follow the steps below to disable the automatic image enhancement settings on a LG TV.

Turn on your TV and access the main menu using your TV remote ("Home" or "Settings" button).

Select "All Settings".

Look for the option related to image or display settings. The exact name may vary, but look for something like "Picture", "Display", or "Picture Options".

Inside the picture menu:
- Ensure that the "Picture Mode" is set to "Standard".

Select option "Picture Mode Settings" > "Picture Options" and put on Off for every configuration :
