If a new episode of a series is not automatically displayed at the indicated time, that means that the content has not been updated yet on your device. In this case, please perform the following steps according to the device you are using.
Web and Mobile App
- Reload the page to refresh the contents.
Sony Playstation 4
- Go to the Sky App in the Playstation 4 main menu, then click on the OPTIONS button and choose "Close application". Then you just need to restart the app.
Smart TV App
- Disconnect the TV from the power, wait 10 seconds and reconnect the TV. The content will update itself when you start the Sky App again.
Apple TV App
If you have turned on the Apple TV, double-press the Home button on the remote:
This activates the Task Manager / App Switcher on the Apple TV 4. You can now swipe from the bottom to the top by swiping on the touch-pad of the remote control, to end the app.
Then restart the Sky App and the content will be updated.
